Gulab Jamun prepared from Gulab Jamun recipe or readymade, 300g cooking chocolate.
1. Take out Gulab jamuns from the syrup.
2. Keep on absorbent paper for 5min. to remove excess syrup.
3. Melt chocolate in the double boiler or in the microwave.
4. Dip Gulab Jamuns in the melted chocolate with the help of fork.
5. And drop them on a plastic sheet .
6. Keep in the fridge to set.
7. Place in paper cups and serve chilled.
